In partnership with Generator, the North's leading music development agency, we are seeking a freelance Music Industry Pathways & Progression Producer to help strengthen links between music education and the wider music industry across the region.

This exciting role will focus on building stronger connections between schools, colleges, universities, music organisations and industry professionals, helping children and young people discover and access opportunities in music. Working with partners across the sector, the Producer will support greater awareness of progression routes, nurture talent, broaden aspirations and help the next generation of musicians, creatives and industry professionals take their next steps with confidence.
